Red Split Lentils, Onions, Garlic, Spinach, Parsnips, Ginger, Cumin, Tumeric, Curry Powder, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Chopped Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator), Coconut Milk, Lemon, Wild Rice.

This meal is dairy and gluten free. 

The meal will be made fresh and then frozen to store the nutrients.
