ARE YOUR MEALS FRESH OR FROZEN?
All our meals are made fresh in our kitchen and then frozen straightaway to lock in flavour.
They will arrive at your door frozen, so you can pop them in your freezer and use them when you need them.
HOW LONG WILL YOUR MEALS LAST IN THE FREEZER?
We aim to deliver all meals with at least 3 month's shelf life remaining, however you should always refer to the BBE printed on the packaging.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE POT TO BUY?
There are two different size pots, we have a small pot (S) and a medium pot (M). We have given a rough guide on the ages below however this can change depending on the baby's size, gender or appetite.
(S) Small pots: 8 months - 2 years
200g - 250g
(M) Medium pots: 2 years - 5 years
250g - 300g
WHEN WILL THE POTS BE DELIVERED?
The pots are delivered every Thursday, in time for the weekend, therefore please order by midnight on Monday for deliveries that week.
CAN THE POTS GO IN THE MICROWAVE/ OVEN?
All our meals are suitable for the microwave; some can also be prepared in the oven. Please see the information on the individual products on the Order Now page for specific instructions. The instructions will also be on the pot when it arrives.
IF I GET A REGULAR DELIVERY CAN I CHOOSE THE MEALS?
Yes you can log into your account and choose which meals you get for each order. Make sure you do this before your next order is placed, because once this happens, the meals are set. You will receive an email 3 days before you're charged to give you time to change them.
You are always charged on a Monday.
HOW DO I SWAP THE MEALS IN MY ACCOUNT?
It's really easy. You can add meals or you can press 'Edit all Meals' and then plus and minus the different meals until you have what you want.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY DATE IN MY ACCOUNT?
Log into your account and there is a green button in the bottom left hand corner that says 'Change Shipment Date', just click this and choose which Thursday you would like your next meals delivered.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes you can skip the next order, or you can just choose a delivery date in a few weeks/ months time.
There is also a cancel subscription button in your account in the bottom right hand corner.
IF IM ON A REGULAR DELIVERY WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MEALS CHANGE?
The meals will change occasionally. But if we change a meal we will let you know and we will give you time to change this for another meal if you are not happy.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOUR MEALS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Allergens are listed in bold on our ingredients list which can be found on the product listing on the Order Now page.
Some of our meals are made without allergens but all may contain traces of celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and sulphites, due to these ingredients being handled in our kitchen for other meals.
We have a wide variety of made-without meals; please look for this option on the product page.
From time to time, we may need to make changes to our recipes during production. Therefore please always refer to the product ingredients on the product packaging for the most accurate ingredient and nutritional information.
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN’T LIKE ONE OF THE MEALS?
Babies and young children aren't going to like everything you give them, especially the first time they try it. It can take 10 tries to get them to learn a new taste. However, if your child is constantly rejecting something then choose another meal that you know they like instead.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Don't worry if you're not in to receive your order - DHL will leave it in a safe space or with a neighbour. Our boxes are well insulated with dry ice so should stay frozen until you return home.
