HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE POT TO BUY?
There are two different size pots, we have a small pot (S) which is 200ml and a medium pot (M) which is 250 ml. We have given a rough guide on the ages below however this can change depending on the babies size and gender.
(S) Small pots: 8 months - 2 years
(M) Medium pots: 2 years - 5 years
HOW MUCH DOES EACH POT COST? IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
(S) Small pots: £3.79
(M) Medium pots: £3.99
There is a minimum order of 6 pots so that's £22.74 for the small pots and £23.94 for the medium pots.
HOW OFTEN WILL THERE BE NEW MEALS?
Every month we will add one or two new meals and swap them in for the original ones. We want as much variety as possible and want to make the most out of the seasonal vegetables.
WHEN WILL THE POTS BE DELIVERED?
The pots are delivered every Thursday, in time for the weekend. As we need time to order the vegetables and cook the meals we ask everyone to order by midday on Wednesday at the latest for deliveries that week.
CAN THE POTS GO IN THE MICROWAVE/ OVEN?
Yes the pots can go in the microwave. The pots can also go in the oven but make sure it is no hotter than 120 degrees. Alternatively transfer into an oven proof dish and then heat at 180 degrees.
WILL THE POTS SPILL IF I PUT THEM IN MY BAG?
The pots are designed for soup and are spill proof, so you should be able to pop them in your bag and go around to a friends house, or out to lunch, no problem.
WHY WOULD I CHOOSE A REGULAR SLOT OVER A ONE TIME PURCHASE?
If you choose a regular slot you don’t have to keep remembering to order every time and so you’ll have one less thing to worry about.
IF I GET A REGULAR DELIVERY CAN I CHOOSE THE MEALS?
Yes you can log into your account and change which meals you get for every order. Make sure you do this before your next order is placed, because once this happens, the meals are set. You will receive an email 3 days before you're charged to give you time to change them.
You can also change the amount of pots you receive, so if you want more meals one week then that's no problem.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE MEALS IN MY ACCOUNT?
Go to the little man icon in the top right hand corner of the website, create an account if you haven't already. Then once you've logged in click on manage subscriptions. Then click on the small black arrow on the right hand side of the list of meals. Then click on a product and scroll down and click on swap product. You can then choose a product to swap with. Make sure you select the same frequency that you already have and then press swap for this product.
You can also choose to add a product instead of swapping it. If you click on subscriptions in the navigation bar at the top then there is an option to add a product at the top right hand side.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY DATE IN MY ACCOUNT?
Log into your account and click on manage subscriptions. Then click on the small black arrow on the right hand side of the list of meals. Scroll down and click on the box that says order date. Then you can choose to skip this order or update your next order date.
Make sure you do this before your next order is placed, because once this happens, the next delivery date is set. You will receive an email 3 days before you're charged to give you time to do this.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes you can pause your subscription by changing your next order date - see the details on how to do this above. You can also cancel your subscription yourself. At the moment you have to cancel your subscription to each product individually but we are working on making a button to cancel them all at the same time.
In your account click manage subscriptions and then click on the small black arrow on the right hand side of the list of meals. Then click on a product and scroll down and press cancel subscription. Repeat this with the other products. Or email email@example.com and I will do this for you.
IF IM ON A REGULAR DELIVERY WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MEALS CHANGE?
The meals will change occasionally, with new dishes coming out each month. We will only change your meals within the option you have chosen, so if you originally choose a Beef Option then we might change it from a Pasta Bolognese to a Cottage Pie.
If we change the meal we will let you know and we will give you time to change this for another meal if you are not happy.
WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS INTOLERANCES?
There are gluten free and dairy free meals and so you can order these ones if you need to. We will ask for dietary requirements at checkout to make sure we get you the right food.
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN’T LIKE ONE OF THE MEALS?
Babies and young children aren't going to like everything you give them, especially the first time they try it. It can take 10 tries to get them to learn a new taste. However, if your child is constantly rejecting something then choose another meal that you know they like instead.
